A computer simulation of metal mold gravity casting of V8 intake pipe
摘要
Abstract
We employed the software, Anycasting, to simulate filling and solidification for an intake pipe metallic gravity cast. We also compared the influences of single-side and double-side bottom pouring processing schemes. Results show that the filling state of single-side bottom pouring scheme is more optimal. Its feeding channel is clear,the shrinkage and the dispersed shrinkage are basically eliminated.关键词
