摘要
Abstract
Argon-helium knife based on Joule-Thomson effect has been generalized and applied in clinical practice. In which gordian technique was the control of region of low temperature and freezing rate. The temperature of the region which tissues have cancerated sharply fell down to -120℃～-165℃ with Argon gas ejecting from pinhole after more than ten seconds, while the temperature of the region cancerated rapidly rose up to 45 ℃ with helium gas ejecting from pinhole. If change rate of the temperature arrive at 25℃/min, tumor cells will be effectively killed.关键词
