Crop Straw Management Techniques and Measures and Eco-Compensation：A Case Study of Anhui Province

Abstract
The resource of crop straw in China is rich.In recent years,with active support and promotion of the national authorities and local governments,comprehensive utilization of straw has made remarkable achievements,various forms of straw utilization technologies have been popularized.But the management measures of comprehensive utilization of crop straw are not perfect,and especially the straw ecological compensation mechanism has not formed a unified legal norm.This paper introduces the technologies of comprehensive utilization of crop straw and points out the management deficiencies existing on comprehensive utilization of straw in Anhui Province,citing some examples of straw compensation.In the process of comprehensive utilization of crop straw,establishing a fully legal norm and improving the ecological compensation mechanism of comprehensive utilization of straw are significant for utilizing straw resources,increasing farmers′ income,reducing environmental pollution caused by straw burning and stacking everywhere and protecting,restoring the ecological environment and other aspects.关键词
