农业清洁生产技术应用的补偿机制实证研究——以云南省大理州洱源县农户调查为例
Empirical Study on the Compensation Mechanism about Adoption of Agricultural Cleaner Production Technology：A Case Study on the Survey of Farmers in Eryuan County
摘要
Abstract
A case study was carried out on the survey of farmers in Eryuan County,Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province.Research method is the contingent valuation method（CVM）.Some theoretical and practical problems were probed assuming the government would provide compensation to farmers.First analyzed the willingness to accept adoption about three types of agricultural cleaner production technologies（ACPT） including of using special fertilizer,straw returned farmland and construction of septic tanks.Second determinated the two compensation manners accepted by farmers were cash compensation and material compensation.Third estimated the three categories of compensation standard wanted by farmers.Finally investigated the degree of perceived need by farmers about the three types of supporting policies that would be implemented by the government to promote clean technology development.关键词
