Survey and Analysis of Subsidy Way about Commercial Organic Fertilizer Application and Dissemination in Jiangsu Province
摘要
Abstract
The situation of organic fertilizer development and financial subsidies in China was overviewed.Illustrated from the case of subsidy way about commercial organic fertilizer application and dissemination in Jiangsu province,a series of measures including the enterprise inviting bids,quality certification,score verification that implemented by the local government were discussed.To support the construction of organic fertilizer producing enterprise,the development of circular economy in agriculture was realized meanwhile,the ecological environment was protected.Initiatives of farmers and enterprises for participation were improved.Finally,learning from Jiangsu subsidy mode,policy suggestions on intensifying the supporting force on the organic fertilizer production in economy,strengthening the quality assurance and service system,reinforcing scientific and technical support to improve industrial development were put forward.关键词
