摘要

Abstract

This paper reviewed the progress of domestic and international standards of ecological compensation and 4 main accounting aspects.With the field fertilizer experiments in Erhai watershed,compared slow-release bulk blended fertilizer(BB fertilizer),combined application of organic and mineral fertilizers,and conventional fertilizer on nitrogen and phosphorus reduction effects in runoff water.And also,analyzed crop yield,fertilizer costs and net profit.Then,accounted minimum agro-ecological compensation standard of rice release BB fertilizer in Erhai watershed.
