摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the design requirements of ultra high voltage (UHV) compact transmission line, and to provide parameters for live repair working after the transmission line completed, we tested typical working positions in compact transmission line at 1:1 ratio scale simulated tower, and determined the discharge characteristics of live working safety distance. According to the calculation method of live working safety distance in AC transmission line, to ensure live work risk to be less than 10 s, the live working minimum safety distance of 1000 kV compact transmission line at the altitude of 1000 m and the following areas was calculated. The minimum safety distance of potential operator-top cross arm was 8.4 m, potential operator-side frame was 6.9 m, top wire-operator at lower wire was 11.6 m, operator at tension string was 6.3 m.
