摘要

Abstract

In view of the significant influence of the provincial power plant scheduling mode on the safe operation of the prefectural grid,a management mode of joint scheduling by provincial and prefectural power grids is proposed.Furthermore,a province-prefecture integrated power plant scheduling management system is designed and developed using the currently popular system architecture and programming techniques.The overall structure design is described along with the functional module design,the management process design as well as the relationship with the other systems available and ways of implementation.The system is successfully operating in Yunnan power grid and has realized the joint management of 65 power plants in 16 prefectural power grids.
