摘要
Abstract
To reduce the stiffness of the fasteners and meet the requirements of high flexibility of ballastless track,a new kind of tie plate under iron sheet,named part bearing groove tie plate,was designed.By using the finite element method and Mooney-Rivlin model of super elastic elements,a calculation model,consisted of the elastic plate,the iron pallet and the concrete bearing,was established,which was used to analyze the impaction by number and size of the vertical and horizontal grooves,Shore A hardness of rubber on the force of tie plates and the elastic plate stiffness.Then,the pad size was determined and the calculated results were compared with the measured data.关键词
