Research on the Processes and Causes of Employment Structure Evolution of Beijing
本文利用《北京市统计年鉴》等相关数据,系统分析了北京市就业的产业结构、就业的所有制结构、就业的城乡结构和各功能区的就业结构的演变及其动因。本文的主要结论是：北京市就业结构的调整与产业结构的调整存在明显偏离;非公有制经济成为解决就业问题的重要渠道;城镇化的快速发展并没有完全与非农就业相联系;城市功能区的产业布局需要和劳动力城区调整相协调;人力资本优势是北京市就业结构提升的助推器。
