多电机共直流母线交流传动节能系统结构研究
Study of Structure of Common DC Bus Multi-motor AC Drive Energy-saving System
摘要
Abstract
In the process of industrial production, in order to save the energy, usually a common DC bus multi-motor structure is used to recycle and utilize the electrical power generated by the motors,which is running in the second or fourth quadrant, work in the braking generation state. Firstly, the energy saving principle of the common DC bus multi-motor AC drive system was analyzed. And secondly, the control structure of common DC bus multi-motor AC drive system was categorized according to the different processing methods for the feedback electrical energy. At the same time, the performance of each system structure was analyzed and the applicable situation was pointed out. Finally, a new scheduling and coordinating energy-saving system structure for common DC bus multi-motors was proposed. Simulation results show that this structure is effect for common DC bus multi-motor AC drive energy-saving system and has advantages over other structures.关键词
