摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative complications after ventriculo-peritoneal (VP) shunt. Methods The clinical data of 186 patients with hydrocephalus underwent VP shunt were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 186 patients, total incidence of complications was 9.6％ , including 8 with infections,4 with shunt block and 6 with shunt malfunction. Conclusion Effective prevention and treatment for complications of VP shunts are the key to decreasing sequelae and improving quality of life for patients.关键词
