Abstract
Following the continuous development of the digital monitoring technique, the key techniques of the video monitoring network system and their applications within the water sector are briefly discussed herein in combination with their actual applications to Dahuofang Reservior Water Conveyance Project in Liaoning Province from the aspects of the system framework, network control, mass storage, extended application, etc. in accordance with the status of the development of the video monitoring system within the water sector in China.关键词
