摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the surgical methods of Arnold-Chiari malfomation and the prevention of postoperative complication.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with ArnoldChiari malfomation were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were performed by the posterior cranial fossa decompression, the part cerebellar tonil was resected and the dura was repaired and enlarged by artificial patching.Results The preoperative symptoms and signs had been improved with different degree, the partial had a temporary fever.Conclusion The standard posterior cranial fossa decompression procedure may distinctly improve the clinical symptoms of Arnold-Chiari malfomation and prevent the complication.关键词
