摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the methods of microsurgical treatment and operative effects of parasagittal meningiomas ( PSM ).Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with PSM treated by microsurgery from Jan, 2005 to Jan, 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results According to Simpson grading, 22 were Simpson Ⅰ resection, 6 Simpson Ⅱ and 4 Simpson Ⅲ.The follow-up period ranged from 4 to 24 months(mean 18 months).All the patients recovered well.There was no postoperative death and recurrence.Conclusion Using microsurgical techniques,adequate surgical exposure, efficient management of operative bleeding, protection and replacement of the superior sagittal sinus (SSS) and avoidance of damage to the brain tissues are very important factors to improve curative effect.关键词
