Performance Indicators for Digital Library Services

Abstract
The quality of digital library services determines whether our digital library construction is successful, so how to evaluate the performance of those services is very important to the development of digital library. This article discussed the main factors and the general perfomance indicators for digital library services and then applied them to virtual reference service as an example.关键词
