摘要

Abstract

The eco-environmental factors of the Yellow River Delta are extracted by the remote sensing technology (RS) and then the spatial distribution of the relevant statistical data ( the population and GDP per capita) is made.Furthermore, the weights of the factors for the assessment are determined with the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method and a comprehensive assessment on the eco-environmental quality in combination with the synthetical index method.The results from the analyses made on the levels of grid, administrative region and the whole area of the Yellow River Delta show that the eco-environmental quality of the delta is wholly on a medium level; i.e.within three assessment time periods (1996, 2000 and 2004), the eco-environmental quality is best in 1996, is significantly lowered in 2000 and is slightly rose back in 2004.
