摘要
Abstract
Based on the theories of multi-body contact and flexible body dynamics, considering the coupled influence of meshing impact and flexible vibrations of shafts, bearings and gearbox, the rigid-flexible coupled virtual prototypes of traversing gearbox are established. For the worst loads situation, the influence of flexible body vibration to meshing force is analyzed. The results indicate that, considering of the influence of flexible body, the impact force is reduced clearly at the beginning, and then the meshing force of coupled model is larger than the multi-body model. These researches have important significance for the dynamic optimization design and fatigue life prediction of traversing gearbox.关键词
