Abstract
For tooth profile features of different types of hob,the modeling method of the tooth profile of hob is discussed and its envelope equation is derived based on principle of hobbing.The gear hobbing simulation program is designed and compiled using VB programming technology and secondary development technology of AutoCAD.Through an application example, the operation process of gear hobbing simulation program is illustrated and the simulation result is compared with tooth parameters provided by SU to verify the correctness of the program.关键词
