摘要

Abstract

By numerically solving the rate equation, we found, the pulse width and buildup time of the output pulses decreased as the pumping rate increased; the number of the output pulses increase as the pumping rate increase. And the theoretical and experimental results agree well. In the experiment, the output laser pulse width of 22ns is obtained when the width of pumping pulse is 40μs and pumping current is 22.4A.
