局部肿胀麻醉下小切口腺体切除术治疗中重度男性乳腺发育症
Micro-incision with Tumescent Anesthesia on Patients with Moderate and Severe Gynecomastia

Abstract
To explore the feasibility of adenomammectomy of gynaecomastia through micro-incision with tumescent anesthesia. Methods 45 patients with grade ]I or Ⅲ gynecomastia were divided into two groups, thirty patients underwent adenomammectomy through a areola incision after liposuction under tumescent anesthesia technique ( group A ),and 15 underwent adenomammectomy through a areola incision under tumescent anesthesia technique( group B ). the operation time, blood loss, gland reseeted quantity and postoperative drainage were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statically difference in amount of bleeding during operation, postoperative drainage and gland resected quantity( P >0.05 ),while the operation time of group B was significantly less than that of group A( P <0.05 ),while. All the patients achieved good cosmetic appearance and there was no recurrence. Conclusion Adenomammectomy under tumescent anesthesia technique can simplify the mobilization of breast gland and reduce bleeding, therefore it is an ideal surgical technique for grade ]I or Ⅲ gyneeomastia.关键词
