摘要

Abstract

Three maize varieties Luoyu 8, Denghai 602 and Luoyu 7 were used as the experimental material. The NR,chlorophyll content, chlorophyll fluorescence of the ear leaves under the high yielding cultivation were explored. The results indicated that the NR activity of ear leaves for all varieties reached its maximum on about the 27th day after pollination with that of Denghai 602 as the highest. Chlorophyll fluorescence indexFv/Fm and Fv/F0trended like parabola to those leaves, reaching the lowest at 14:00 hour with the Fv/Fm diurnal fluctuation of Luoyu 8 varied the widest in a day.The ear leaf chlorophyll content each variety got to its maximum on the 35th day after pollination as that of Denghai 602 the highest. In a word, the grouting rate、ear leaf NR activity and chlorophyll content of all varieties would reach their maximum during the 27~35th day after pollination. Therefore more field management at this stage would favor to get a higher yield in summer corn production.
