Advances On Genetic Marker Tagging in Tobacco
摘要
Abstract
Genetic markers mainly contain four forms: morphological markers, cytological markers, biochemical markers and molecular markers. In this paper the applications of these four genetic markers in tobacco were summarized. The present problems and suggestions on tobacco genetic markers tagging were pointed out. The tagging would provide the most effective methods and means for the studies on tobacco from the aspects of variety identification, genetic relationship identification, construction of genetic linkage map, marker assistant breeding.关键词
