Abstract
Objective: To investigate the feasibility, techniques and clinical value of transumbilical single port laparoscopic gallbladder-preserving cholelithotomy for cholecystolithiasis. Methods: Clinical data of 8 patients with cholecystolithiasis who underwent transumbilical single port laparoscopic gallbladder-preserving cholelithotomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results:All operations were successfully performed and favorably recovered. The average operative time was 62 min (45-90 min). The intraoperative blood loss was 10-20 ml,with the average of 15mi. The postoperative hospital stay was 2-3 days. No analgesic was used. No bile leakage,organ damage or other comphcations happened. The umbilical incision was small and hidden. Conclusions: Transumbilical single port laparoscopic gallbladder-preserving cholelithotomy is effective, safe and feasible for patients with few calculi and well-functioned gallbladder.关键词
