Approach and Application of Steel Plate Edge Milling Machine Accurate Centering
针对钢板成型之前存在的月牙弯,为获得精确的板宽尺寸及焊接需要的边缘形状,对铣边工序对中过程进行了分析,阐述了钢板对中方法、原理以及对中过程的检测,并对对中过程中控制实现进行了详细的论述.通过实际验证说明采用带有死区和积分分离的PI控制算法,能够提高对中的精度,对中精度可达到±1.2mm,从而减少切削余量和加工成本.但该方法横梁结构的设计对于对中精度存在一定的影响,如果横梁刚度不足将会降低测量精度,横梁直度不足将会增加测量误差.
Aiming at crescents existence before steel plate forming, in order to obtain accurate plate width and required edge shape, the edge milling process is necessary. In this article, the centering procedure of edge milling process was analyzed; centering method, principle, detection, and control centering procedure were discussed in details.
