胃癌细胞SGC-7901对骨髓来源的间充质干细胞作用的研究

Abstract
Purpose An interaction model of gastric carcinoma cell SGC-7901 and bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells ( MSC ) was established in vitro. The aim of this study was to detect the effect of SGC-7901 on proliferation and metastasis of MSC and to analyse the change of biological characteristics of MSC in tumor microenvironment. Methods MSC and SGC-7901 were cultured by primary culture and serial subcultivation. The interaction model was set up in vitro. The effect of SGC-7901 on proliferation, invasion and migration of MSC was analyzed by MTT and transwell inserts. Results SGC-7901 had no effects on the proliferation of MSC ( P ＞0. 05 ). SGC-7901 cells were able to promote the metastasis of MSC ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion SGC-7901 cells can enhance metastasis but have no impact on proliferation of MSC in vitro.关键词
