Abstract
An analysis method based on Probability Influence Diagrams is put forward when the initial period of the C3I system construction aimed at a question-Does the target construction system proposed which by the correlation unit whether meet the operational mission requirement.Firstly the validity concept of requirement guide lines is defined.Then has carried on the analysis to the C2 process, the uncertainty factors were discovered in C2 process each link.Afterward found a analysis model of the validity of requirement guide lines based Probability Influence Diagrams.Finally has given the model test through the aerial defense example.关键词
