Numerical Study on 3D Transient Thermal Field of Squirrel-Cage Induction Motor
摘要
Abstract
A three-dimensional mathematical heat transfer model has been built according to the structure of asynchronous motor based on the heat transfer theory. And the three-dimensiona1(3D) transient thermal field of induction motor stator has been simulated based on the model. The following conclusions can be drawn from the study: the temperature rise of motor increases quickly when the motor starting with over loading.The inner temperature of stator winding exceeds the maximum standard temperature and the surface temperature rise slowly, and it's difficult to find the fault through the surface temperature of frame. The simulation results match the measured results well.关键词
