摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the different concentrations of triglyceride (TG) interfere neuron-specific enolase (NSE)assayed by ELISA method. Methods According to CLSI EP-7A2 file,using electrochemical luminescence as the comparative method and ELISA method as the evaluated method for NSE assay. ①For NSE deviation (evaluated method-comparative method) as the Y axis,the concentration of the comparative method as the X-axis. 20 test samples and 20 samples were drawn the deviation map,comparative analysis of TG concentration between 1 and 4 mmol/L was detected by the interference of NSE (concentration between 5 and 20 ng/ml). ②Using TG concentration as the X-axis,the decresing value of NSE as Y-axis drawing the dose response curves of TG interfering NSE assay. Results ①TG concentration at 1~4 mmol/L has negative interference effect on NSE (concentration between 5 and 20 mmol/L) assayed by ELISA.② The dose response curves of TG interfering NSE showed that the TG concentration increasing accompanied by negative interference increased when the concentration of NSE at 5 ng/ml and 20 ng/ml. The dose-response curve was linear regression and equation were as Y= - 2. 4X+18. 92 and Y= - 0. 69X+5.26. Conclusion Using patient sera with high TG concentration for preparation of interference sera when the TG concentration between 1 mmol/L and 4 mmol/L,the assay of NSE has negative interference by ELISA,the interference dose curve were linear correlation.
