Abstract
Key points of energy-saving in sizing towel fabric were discussed. Demands of towel fabric to sizing percentage and squeezing pressure were analyzed. Examples were given to explain methods of reusing excess size. Process monitoring was realized on water, power, steam, size mixture and waster yarn through detailed management. It is put forward that loop warp should not be sized or squeezed too much. Excess size can be reused through rationally setting size mixture instruction and production plan. Production cost can be controlled more effectively through strengthening managements. It is considered that energy-saving in sizing is a system project,expected results can be realized through persistently optimizing processing and detailed managements.关键词
