No861型涡流纺纱机纺制纯棉纱的实践
Practice of Spinning Pure Cotton Yarn by No861 Vortex Spinning Frame
摘要
Abstract
Processing of vortex spinning cotton yarn was discussed. According to vortex spinning production characteristics,key points of producing cotton yarn on N0861 vortex spinning frame were introduced and analyzed from semifinished product quality controlling, spinning processing optimization, special accessory selection and use, clearer yarn processing setting,temperature and humidity controlling. It is pointed out that the specific requests and technology key points in producing cotton vortex yarn should be grasped and differentiate with other fiber vortex spinning, the related processing technology and management measures should be adopted. Through selecting fore-spinning processing reasonably,improving semi-finished product quality, optimizing vortex spinning processing parameter, strengthening special accessory maintenance, strictly controlling temperature and humidity, the cotton vortex spinning yarn can be produced with better wear resistance, lower hairiness, surface clean and satisfy quality request.关键词
