Practice of Spinning Super-fine Yarn by Double Combing Processing
摘要
Abstract
Technology measures and spinning effect of double combing processing spinning super-fine yarn were discussed. Characteristics of double combing processing were analyzed. The optimization and selection of spinning process,combing preparation & combing process path,each processing parameters and drawing & roving processing were introduced. The test of spinning CJ 7.3 tex and CJ 2.9 tex yarn were contrasted. The semi-finished product indexes tested by AFIS and spinning yarn qualities were contrasted and analyzed. It is pointed out that spinning quality can be better by double combing processing,especially for over 2.9 tex super-fine yarn. The management requirements are higher than that of traditional spinning processing, the friction and crash in production should be avoided to reduce yarn defects.关键词
