Abstract
The method to prepare rigid core (talc powder)-soff shell (LDPE with low melt point and high melt flow rate) structure particles was studied, The core-shell structure particles were blended with recycled PP. The effects of the core-shell structure particles on the mechanical property,processing fluidity and heat resisting property were studied. The results show that when the content of core-shell structure particles is 30 phr, the notched impact strength, tensile strength,fiexural strength, and fiexural modulus of the composites are 16.1 J/m, 28.79 MPa, 39.01 MPa, and 1 535 MPa respectively; the fluidity of core (talc powder)-shell (LDPE) structure particles/recycled PP composite is excellent, which is suitable for industrial production.关键词
