摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum glycosylated hemoglobin Alc (HbAlc) and fasting plasma glucose of type 2 diabetie patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods 129 patients with T2DM were measured the levels of HbAlc and FPG and examined the eyes or vessel fluorescence angiography. According tq the results,the patients were divided int0 four groups : T2DM non-diabetic retinopathy (n = 77) ; diabetic retinopathy group (n = 52);non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (n=39) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy (n=13).Measure the HbAlc and the level of FPG of all the patients according to the method of IE-HPLG and the oxidizing process of glucose. Analyze the statistics of each group. Results The levels of serum HbAlc in group DR and group NDR were significantly different from those of control group (P＜0. 01). The levels of FPG rose obviously with the development and the degree of canceration of DR (P＜0. 01) ,the relevant analysis of FPG and HbAlc in each group,group DR (group NPDR and group PDR) shows obvious relevance (r= 0. 792),group NDR also shows obvious relevance (r =0. 684). Conclusion The levels of serum HbAlc and FPG in T2DM patients are positively correlated to the occurrence ,development and the degree of retinopathy , which is the important monitoring index of diabetes mellitus,DM and the monitor of complication.关键词
