摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between autoantibodies against Oxidative Low-Density-Lipoprotein (OX-LDL-Ab) and type 2 diabetic artherosclerosis. Methods 80 patients with suspected AS were devided into two groups. By 7 ml/dl PEG praecipitatum and ELISA assay,isolate and determinate OX-LDL-Ab in immunocomplex between group T2DM and control group. Results Comparing group T2DM-accompanying AS to control group and to T2DM-noncomitant AS group,level and positive rate of OX-LDL-Ab was elevated significantly in T2DM-accompanying AS group (t =64. 22 ,t= 34. 92;t=53. 73,t= 35. 89;P＜0.01);Comparing group T2DM-noncomitant AS to control group,level and positive rate of OX-LDL-Ab was not elevated significantly in T2DM-noncomitant AS group(t= 2. 54,t=1. 64,P＞0. 05). Conclusion Detection of OX-LDL-Ab could be applied in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes whether or not accompanying AS to help treat the disease.关键词
