人工真皮和自体皮移植修复肌腱外露创面的研究
A study of repairing wound with tendon exposure with artificial dermis and autologous skin graft

Abstract
Objective To ohserve the feasibility of repairing wound with tendon exposure with artificial dermis and autologous skin graft, and to evaluate its efficacy.Methods Twenty three patients with wound with tendon exposure were chosen to repair with artificial dermis and autologous skin.Wounds were debrided and repaired with artificial dermis in the first stage.Autologous split-thickness skin was grafted in the second stage when the wounds were well vascularized and exposed tendon were covered with dermis-like tissue within 2 to 3 weeks.Result All the wounds were repaired after operations , with satisfactory appearance and no obvious hyperplastic scar was observed.no obvious scar was in the donor sites.Conclusions The method of repairing wound with tendon exposure with artificial dermis and autologous skin is simple , the wound healed with high quality and little damage to donor sites.It provies a good choice for repairing wound with tendon exposure.关键词
