肝细胞癌组织中HSP27、VEGF的表达变化及意义
The change of expression of HSP27, VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma and its significance

Abstract
Objective To observe the change of expression of heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissue and investigate its significance. Methods The expression of HSP27 and VEGF were determined with immunohistochemistry in cancerous and adjacent tissues from 68 cases of HCC. Results Positive expression rate of HSP27, VEGF in HCC tissue were 75.0％, 72.0％, with 61.8％, 36.8％ in cancer tissue( all P ＜0.05). Expression of HSP27 was positively correlated with surface antigen of hepatitis B( HBsAg),metastasis and tumor differentiation of HCC( all P ＜0.05 ); expression of VEGF was correlated to tumor size and metastasis ( all P ＜ 0.05 ). In HCC tissue, expression of HSP27 was positively correlated with expression of VEGF ( r = 0. 248, P＜0.05). Conclusions HSP27 and VEGF are over-expressed in HCC . Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between the expression of HSP27 and VEGF in HCC, providing a new idea for progression and targeted therapy of HCC.关键词
