摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the difference of urinary 8-OHdG levels among varied genotypes of NF-kB signaling pathway genetic polymorphisms in hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Methods TNF-α, NF-kB, iNOS, COX-2 phenotype of NF-kB signaling pathway in 155 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC group) were detected by PCR-RFLP method. Urinary 8-OHdG levels in HCC group and control groups were detected by ELISA. Results Urinary 8-OHdG levels in HCC group was (9.29 ± 8.04) ng/mg Ct, and control group was ( 7.27 ± 5.06 ) ng/mg Ct, respectively ( P <0. 05 ). And no significant difference of urinary 8-OHdG levels had been detected among different polymorphism genotypes in TNF-α (G-308A), NF-kB (-94ins/delATTG), iNOS (C608T) and COX-2 (T8473C). Conclusions Urinary 8-OHdG levels in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue are higher than normal. Genetic polymorphisms of NF-kB signaling pathway are not associated with urinary 8-OHdG levels in hepatocellular carcinoma patients.
