摘要
Abstract
Objective To reveal the infection rate of HIV and TP in pregnant women and its impact on security of mother-infant and study the solving strategies.Methods The data were retrospectively analyzed about the 13 853 pregnant women with HIV and TP who got health care in pregnancy and delivery in our hospital from 2006 to 2009.Results Among 13 853 pregnant women there were seven HIV infected cases and one hundred and ninety-seven TP were detected.Conclusion HIV and TP infection rate tended to rise in pregnant women.It may be more harmful for mothers and babies,and make medical staffs in grater danger of occupational exposure.And the sooner to detect the infection of HIV and TP,the better to reduce its risk.关键词
