Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application value of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in the patients with double Jureteral stents long- retention and stone adhesion. Methods We withdrew the double Jureteral stents after doing ESWL by Hui-kang IV electro-hydraulic extracorporeal lithotrite for 25 patients. Results 12 patients were withdrawn stents successfully once, 9 patients were withdrawn twice. 4 patients were withdrawn by ureteroscopes. Conclusion ESWL is convenient, cheap and less invasive. The rate of success is relevant with the time of retention and the quality of stone. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(8):69-70]关键词
