摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore a lyophilization process of plasma solution. Methods The plasma solution freeze -drying experiments was made and freeze-dried curve and freeze-dried products quality were analyzed to optimize the lyophilization process. Results The required plasma products which comply with freeze-dried standard were made. Conclusion Freezing drying is the main way to preserve biological products. The experiment should not only ensure the plasma solution freeze-dried well, but also keep the biological activity and consider the issue of energy consumption.
