摘要
Abstract
The basic measures and procedures of the formal safety assessment (FSA) are introduced, and this method is applied to evaluate the fishing vessel' s risk. According to the fishing vessel's sailing and working condition, these processes have been carried out, such as the danger identification, risk evaluation, risk control options, cost/benefit analysis and decision-making suggestions. The new study is carried out to ensure the safety of the fishing vessels. The initial research results will be useful in improving the risk management of fishing vessels, and can also be used as a reference to conduct further research on risk assessment of fishing vessel.关键词
