Abstract
Objective: To explore the value of prognosis judgment with PET/CT on persistent vegetative state.Methods: Seventy-six cases of persistent vegetative state were analyzed retrospectively and they were evaluated with GSC, electroencephalogram, evoked potential and PET/CT. The sensitivity of PET-CT for consciousness of PVS was tested. Results: After treatment for 3 and 6 months, there was significant changes in the scores of electroencephalogram. The scores of PET/CT were significantly increased after treatment for 3 and 6 months, which was consistent with the changes in the scores of BAEP, SEP and GSC. Conclusion: PET/CT can judge the prognosis and curative effect, and its sensitivity is higher than BAEP and SEP.关键词
