连芪消渴胶囊对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠晚期糖基化终末产物与氧化应激损伤的影响
Effect of Lianqixiaoke Capsules on AGEs and Oxidative Stress Injury of Diabetic Nephropathy Rats

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism oflianqixiaoke capsules( LXC) on advanced glycation end-produc1a( AGEs) and the oxidative stress injury in kidneys of STZ-induced diabetic rats. Methods The Wistar rate were randanly divided into 6 groups, which were the control group fed with chow food, the other groups given with high fatdiets. After 4 weeks, the rats except the control were intraperitoneally injected with strep tozotocin ( STZ)30 mg·kg-1 . The diabetic rats were treated with LXC at high, middle and low doses, metfom in and vehicle, respectively Eightweeks later, the blood glucose, U-ALB, SOD, MDA, AGEs, TGF-β1 and TNF-α were measured And the kidney was removed for patiological analysis Results In the LXC group, FBG was( 18. 67 ±2. 52 ) mmol· L-1, MDA was( 1. 78 ±0. 39) nmol·g-1 , U-mALB was (41. 84 ± 8.23) μg· L-1,AGEs was(116.91±19.96) ng· mL-1, TGF-β1 was(33. 22±9. 94) ng· mL-1, TNF-α was(54. 01±17. 55) pg· mL-1, all of which were declined and SOD was( 190.11 ±15. 88) U·mg-1 , which was elevated. The function and pathological changes in kidney were significantly improved compared to those in the control group, especially for the high dose of LXC (P< 0.05). Conclusion The model of diabetic nephropathy in diabetic rate is successfully setup by feeding fatdiet and injecting low dose of STZ in rate LXC decreases AGEs and relieves diabetic kidney injuiy, the mechanisn of which could be associated with inhibiting production of AGEs, lowering oxidative stress and inflammatory factors.关键词
