摘要

Abstract

PA6 was modified with ethylene propylene rubber grafted rnaleic anhydride (EPM-g-MAH) and glass fiber (GF). The mechanical properties and micromorphology of the composite were characterized. The results show that EPM-g-MAH can improve the miscibility between PA6 and EPM obviously, decrease the particle size of dispersion phase and make the dispersion of the dispersion phase more uniform. The optimal size range of elastorner particles is 0.2-0.7 μm when PA6 is toughened by EPM-g-MAH. When PA6/EPM/EPM-g-MAH/GF=80/10/10/(30-40), the impact strength and tensge strength of the composite are 25,4 kJ/m2 and 73 MPa respectively.
