血管内皮生长因子与细胞外基质蛋白1在胃癌中的表达及意义研究
Expression and significance of VEGFand ECM-1 in the tissue of human gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes VEGF, ECM - 1 expression in gastric cancer tissues and its clinical and pathological features of gastric cancer and the relationship between the correlation between the availability. Methods Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and ECM - 1 expression in gastric cancer and normal gastric tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results ( 1 ) VEGF / ECM - 1 protein in gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric tissue .between the two groups was significant (P＜ 0.01 ). (2) There were significant difference in VEGF/ECM -1 expression among different histological grade, depth of tumor invasion, different TNM stage and whether there was lymph node metastasis(P＜0.05). (3) VEGF was positively correlated to ECM-1 protein expression. Conclusions VEGF, ECM - 1 in gastric cancer tissues showed high expression of the state,and both the expression and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer are related.关键词
