香加皮有效部位滴丸的质量标准研究
Study on quality standard of effective fraction drop pills in Cortex Periplocae
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To establish quality standard of effective fraction drop pills for anti-heart failure in Cortex Periplocae. [Methods]HPLC method was adopted for content determination of periplocin and content uniformity in drop pills. The primary study was made on the stability of drop pills under the room temperature. [Results] The methodology of content determination for the drop pills and the uniformity complied with rules. [Conclusion] The quality standard of the effective fraction drop pills for anti-heart failure in Cortex Periplocae was set up and the method was convenient and reproducible. The drop pills were relatively stable.关键词
