摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The purpose of this study was to provide guidance for the grape cultivation and introduction by comparatively studying the photosynthetic capacity of four grape varieties in the special climatic condition in Turpan. [Method] Photosynthetic instrument TPS - 2 was applied to mensurate the photosynthesis parameters of diumal changes, meteorological factors, characteristics of photosynthesis and light - response of Monukka, Red globe, Kyoto grape, Rizamat. [Result] The results showed that midday depression were found in all species, except for Monukka. There were no obvious peaks and valleys in diumal variation in Monukka. The WUE of Monukka was higher than that of the other varieties, whereas LCP was the lowest among the four grape varieties and the variation was the largest between LSP and LCP. In Rizamat, Pn and WUE were lower than those of the other varieties whereas LCP was the highest . [ Conclusion] Based on diurnal variations and light responses of four grape varieties, it was concluded that Monukka was the best and adapted well to the climate of Turpan among four grape varieties, while Rizamat wasn' t fit to be planted in Turpan.
