Ultrastructural Change of Flat Peach Fruit during Fruit Development and Ripening
[目的]研究两种不同熟期蟠桃果实发育成熟过程中细胞超微结构的变化.[方法]以早露蟠桃和英格尔蟠桃为材料,采取盛花后不同发育时期的果实确定单果重变化趋势,并据此对相应发育时期果实果肉组织进行固定切片、透射电镜观察.[结果]早露蟠桃在果实发育初期及果重迅速增大期超微结构差异不大,细胞壁结构完整;果实发育后期细胞壁中胶层开始溶解,至盛花后70 d时细胞壁明暗分区结构已丧失;英格尔蟠桃在果实发育后期可观察到结构完整的线粒体等细胞器,至盛花后110 d仍可…查看全部>>
[Objective] Ultrasructural changes were determined in the flesh of the two different flat peach fruits . [Method] Changes of fresh weight on flat peach fruit ( Prunus persica L. Batsch cv Zaolu, cv Yingger) were determined during the fruit development after fully blossom.
