水稻耐盐性SSR标记引物的筛选
Screening of Salinity-tolerance with SSR Markers on Rice
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The purpose of this study is to analyze the salinity - related SSR markers by applying SSR method to test the two typical salinity tolerance varieties ( 02 - 11 and Jinyuan 85) and the two typical salinity sensitive varieties (Qiutian Xiaoding and 99 - 28 ). [Method]A total of 565 polymorphic SSR markers on 12 chromosomes were applied to screen suitable primer on the four parents and the annealing temperature. [Result] Sixty - eight pairs of SSR polymorphism primers were obtained from 565 pairs of SSR primers.It was confirmed that the suitable annealing temperature was at 55℃. [ Conclusion]Sixty - eight pairs of SSR marker were used to analyze salinity - tolerance of rice varieties. It laid the foundation for molecular identify and molecular marker - assisted breeding of salinity - tolerance of rice.关键词
